Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DIOS MIO COFFEE. 

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. 

 

Interpretation and Definitions 

Interpretation 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. 

Definitions 

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:  

  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to DIOS MIO COFFEE LLC.  
  • Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.  
  • Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.  
  • Service” refers to the Website.  
  • You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 

Your Order Cancellation Rights 

 

Shop Coffee Purchases: 

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time frame, cancellations are not possible. 

Return Process: Unfortunately, We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Support team (SAC) for assistance. Once SAC approves the case, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that refunds will be processed within 15 days of SAC approval. 

 

Subscription Purchases: 

Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your subscription up to 7 days before the subscription renewal date. 

Return Process: Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded once the renewal date has passed. If there are any issues with your subscription, please contact our SAC for assistance. Once SAC approves the case, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of SAC approval, if applicable. 

Important Note: SAC is responsible for determining whether to resend a product or issue a refund. To initiate this process, please send a request to SAC along with supporting photos, whether it's due to receiving the wrong item, damaged goods, or any other issue. SAC will review your request and provide further instructions accordingly. 

 

Logistical Information: 

Order Cut-Off: Our internal order processing ends at 10:00 AM daily. 
Shipping Cut-Off: FedEx shipments must be processed by noon for same-day dispatch. 

 

Returning Goods 

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at support@diosmiocoffee.com 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods. 

 

Gifts 

 If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, We will send the refund to the gift giver and they must follow the procedure for refund contacting our SAC. The gift giver can request that a gift certificate will be mailed to You as gift receiver.
