After a few years of growth, these amazing trees erupt in a fragrant display of white flowers. Soon after, tiny berries take their place, each one holding two precious coffee beans waiting to be discovered. These berries aren't shy about showing off their colors – they can be red, orange, yellow, or even pink!

Picking these berries is a delicate task. Our dedicated cafeteras (coffee growers) carefully handpick only the ripest ones, ensuring the richest flavor possible. It's a true labor of love, but the reward is a cup of coffee that will have you saying ¡Dios Mio! with every sip.

Arabica vs Robusta: We already know the winner (¡Dios Mio!)

There are two main coffee bean superstars: Arabica and Robusta.  Arabica beans are the rockstars, known for their smooth, complex flavors and delightful aromas.  These are the beans you'll find in every bag of ¡Dios Mío! Coffee. Robusta beans, on the other hand, are tougher and more bitter, with a higher caffeine kick. They're usually used in instant coffees, but not on our watch!
