Because no great conversation ever started with a glass of water, we kicked things off the only way we know how: with Espresso Martinis and Carajillos, made with our coffee. One by one, the guests arrived, looking flawless, ready to sip, snap, and share. The energy picked up fast, just like a good shot of espresso in the morning.  

Then, we gathered around the big table, where things got real Colombian. We introduced ¡Dios Mío! Coffee, talked about Sofía Vergara, the foundation, and most importantly, the powerhouse women who make every single bean possible. On each plate, there was a postcard featuring Marta and Rosalba, two incredible women who harvest it, roast it, and pour their legacy into every bag we bring to the U.S. This coffee isn’t just a drink; it’s a story, a craft, and a direct connection to the heart of Colombia.

But the coffee wasn’t the only star of the show. Andrés Carne de Res served up a feast straight from Colombia: arepas de choclo, empanadas, lomo al trapo, fresh salads… All paired, of course, with our coffee. No basic brunch mimosas here. Just pure, rich Colombian caffeine keeping the vibes high.  

And just when we thought it couldn’t get better: live music. The band started playing, heels came off, hips started moving, and suddenly, it turned into a full-blown coffee-fueled fiesta. (Making Sofía proud.)  

Before heading out, each guest grabbed a goodie bag with our three roast profiles, packed in a coffee sack straight from the farms. Because if you leave without ¡Dios Mío! Coffee in your hands (and maybe a little in your bloodstream), did you even come?
